Overview
Connecting Instagram lets the assistant answer your direct messages. It needs a Business or Creator account.
After Continue with Instagram, Instagram's own screens take over. They were not run while writing this guide, so follow the instructions they show.

Start the connection
Step 1: Open the Instagram card
In Messaging Channels, scroll to Instagram 1 and select Settings.

Step 2: Continue with Instagram
The dialog Connect Instagram reminds you that a Business or Creator account is needed. Select Continue with Instagram 1.

Expected result
The Instagram card no longer shows Not connected, and your direct messages appear in the Inbox.
Troubleshooting
Instagram will not let me connect a personal account.
The dialog asks for a Business or Creator account. Switch your account type in the Instagram app, then try again.
