Connect your Salla store to a WhatsApp AI assistant
Instead of uploading a product file that is stale a week later, you authorise your Salla store once and the assistant answers from the catalogue itself: what is in stock, what it costs, what has sold out. The sync is in development. Early access is open.

What is a Salla WhatsApp integration?
A Salla WhatsApp integration connects your Salla store to the AI agent answering your customers, so the agent reads your store data directly instead of relying on a file you uploaded by hand. The practical difference is that the answer to "do you have this in size M?" comes from actual stock at the moment the customer asks, not from a price list you exported last month. At RevoplyAI this sync is in development and will arrive on Starter and above. The agent itself works today on WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger and Instagram, answering from the documents and links you upload.
Why uploading a product file is not enough
Because the store changes and the file does not. You upload a catalogue of 400 products, then a size sells out, a price moves, a new line arrives, and the agent keeps answering from last week's copy. That is worse than not answering at all: a customer is told an item is available, orders it, and has the order cancelled.
And because nobody re-uploads as often as the store moves. Manual export works for the first week, then the owner gets busy with the rest of the business. Any system that depends on weekly human discipline is a system that goes stale, and the question is when rather than whether.
Store data is also only half of what a customer needs. Returns policy, delivery times and payment methods stay as documents you upload, because they do not live in a Salla catalogue. The sync solves the half that moves; the other half stays in your knowledge base.
What will sync, and what stays yours
The sync will read the things that change constantly: product names and descriptions, current prices, and stock availability. That is exactly the data a static file cannot keep up with, and exactly what most pre-purchase messages are about.
Policies stay with you: returns and exchanges, shipping cost and time by city, the free-delivery threshold, payment methods, and any seasonal offer. You upload those once as a document or a link, and they need updating only when the policy itself changes.
Looking up a specific order is not part of what ships first. "Where is my order?" is routed to your team with the customer's details already attached, rather than guessed at. We would rather say that here than have you find it out after subscribing.
What the conversation will look like once connected
Evening, do you have the oud perfume in the large size?
22:40Good evening. Yes, Royal Oud 100ml is in stock at 480 SAR. The 50ml sold out today; we expect it back within a week.
22:40Any discount on the large one?
22:41The 480 SAR shown now is already 15% off 565 SAR, and that runs to the end of the month. Orders over 300 SAR ship free.
22:41How long to Riyadh?
22:42Riyadh is one to two working days. Want me to send the product link?
22:42The price, the stock and the discount here come from the Salla store at the moment of asking. This is the state after the sync ships, not today.
The customer questions that depend on your store data
- Do you have this in my size or colour?
- What does it cost right now, and is it discounted?
- When is the sold-out item back?
- Is there a larger size of the same product?
- What is shipping, and when does it arrive?
- Can I return it if it does not fit?
- Is cash on delivery available?
- Is there a working discount code?
The first four depend on live store data, and that is what the Salla sync will handle. The last four come from the policy documents you upload, which work today on every plan.
What to have ready before connecting
- A Salla account with permission to install apps on the store
- A WhatsApp Business number ready to connect through the official API
- Shipping policy: cost and delivery time by city
- Returns and exchange policy: window, condition, who pays
- Payment methods, including cash on delivery
- Handoff rules: complaints and refund requests go to a human
How connecting will work, in three steps
Authorise your Salla store
You grant RevoplyAI read access through an official authorisation in your Salla dashboard. Nothing to copy, paste or export, and revoking the authorisation in Salla disconnects it on its own.
Upload your policies
Shipping, returns and payment as a document or a link. The sync covers the catalogue; these cover everything that does not live inside a catalogue.
Connect WhatsApp and set handoff
You connect your number through the official WhatsApp Business API, which we access as a verified Meta Tech Provider, and decide what goes straight to a human.
What the Salla sync will add
Live prices, not an old export
The price the agent quotes is the price on your store at that moment, discount included.
Real stock status
A sold-out product is described as sold out, rather than sold to a customer and cancelled afterwards.
The whole catalogue, no uploading
New products enter the knowledge base on their own, instead of waiting for someone to find time to update a file.
Works inside the unified inbox
The same answers on WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger and Instagram, with every conversation in one place.
Arabic, including Gulf dialect
The agent handles how customers actually write, including switching between Arabic and English mid-sentence, and replies in their language.
Human handoff stays yours
Complaints, refund requests and anything else you nominate go to your team with the full context.
Salla integration FAQ
Is the Salla sync available now?
No. It is in development and shows as coming soon in the pricing table. The agent itself works today on WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger and Instagram, answering from the documents and links you upload. Join the early-access list to be among the first to switch it on.
Which plan will it be on?
Starter and above, not the free plan. Starter is $9 per month, and paying annually gives you two months free.
How is it different from uploading a product file?
A file is a snapshot of the moment you uploaded it; the sync is a read from the store itself. In practice: with a file you have to re-upload every time a price moves or a size sells out, and with the sync you do not. File and link uploads are available today on Pro and above.
Will it be able to look up a specific order?
Not in the first release. The sync is focused on catalogue, pricing and stock, which is to say pre-purchase questions. Order-tracking questions are routed to your team with the customer's details attached, and we will update this page if that changes.
Will it have access to my Salla customer data?
The connection is built on read access to the store data it needs in order to answer, which is catalogue, prices and stock. You can revoke the authorisation from your Salla dashboard at any time and the connection drops immediately. Data handling detail is in the privacy policy.
What about Zid, Shopify and WooCommerce?
All three are on the roadmap and work has not started on them. Salla is where we began because it is the platform our customers sell on. Tell us which one you need and we will add you to its early-access list.
Will I need a developer to install it?
No. The authorisation is a guided flow in your Salla dashboard and then in your RevoplyAI dashboard, with no code to write and no change to your store theme.
Can I try the agent before the sync ships?
Yes, and we would recommend it. The free plan needs no credit card: upload your policies, test the agent on real conversations, then add the sync when it lands.
