Where Interakt is the better buy
- Unlimited agents on every paid plan, which matters a great deal when the team is large and the budget is not.
- A real commerce toolkit: catalog sync from Shopify, WooCommerce or a spreadsheet, native payments and campaigns, none of which we match on the Shopify side at all.
- A free Starter tier, limited to Instagram and Owner roles, for testing the shape of the product before paying anything.
- A branching chatbot on Advanced that can call your APIs, which is the better tool when the logic is deterministic and every branch is known ahead of time.
- A standalone Sales CRM product for teams that would rather work a pipeline than an inbox.
Where we are the better buy
- Arabic retrieval that matches dialect against a knowledge base written in formal Arabic, on a product whose pages do not mention Arabic at all.
- The assistant priced inside the plan rather than sold beside it, with no per-message AI meter starting after the first hundred.
- A Salla integration on Starter and above that reads the store's shipping zones, per-branch stock and purchasable variants.
- Appointment booking and reading the photos customers send, built into the assistant on Pro and Business.
- Prices quoted in dollars end to end, with no second rate card in another currency to translate.
What each one costs
- Starter is free and limited to Instagram and Owner roles.
- Growth is $55 a month plus taxes. Advanced is $69 a month plus taxes. Enterprise is on request.
- Agents are unlimited on every plan.
- WhatsApp AI Agents are an add-on at $74.99 a month on Growth and Advanced, with 100 free AI messages a month and $0.011 per message after that.
- The Sales CRM plan is priced only in rupees, at INR 2,499 a month for 5 seats with INR 499 per extra seat.
- The message rate card published on their pricing page is India's.
Basic is free. Starter is $9 a month, Pro $29 and Business $59, flat, with the assistant inside the plan rather than sold as an add-on.
Drop the AI add-on and their $55 is the cheaper plan, and with a dozen agents on unlimited seats it is cheaper still. This comparison only turns on AI answering and the language it answers in.
We did not verify what tax rate is applied to their dollar prices, or the conversation rates on their India rate card, so treat $55 and $69 as pre-tax figures and check the message rates for your own country before you build a budget on them. We have not operated the product: what we say about Arabic is the absence of a claim on their own pages on the date above, not the result of a test.
Shopify is theirs, Salla is ours
We have no Shopify integration. Not partial, not through a connector, and not arriving soon. If your store runs on Shopify, Interakt can read your catalog and we cannot, and that should carry real weight in the decision rather than being explained away.
Salla is what we built instead, because it is where our customers sell. It is not a catalog import. Shipping answers come from the store's own shipping zones and carriers instead of the assistant asking which city the customer lives in, stock is read per branch, and every variant shown to a customer is one they can actually buy. The connection refreshes hourly, a store whose Salla authorisation is revoked disconnects itself, and reinstalling reconnects it.
Where the add-on changes the arithmetic
At $55 a month with unlimited agents, Interakt is straightforwardly cheap for a staffed team, and we are not going to argue with that arithmetic. It holds as long as the people are doing the answering.
The moment you want the software to answer, the shape changes. The AI agents package is $74.99 a month on top, which puts the monthly total near $130 before taxes, and the meter starts at $0.011 per message once the first hundred are used. Our Pro plan is $29 with the assistant already in it. That is the comparison that matters if the reason you are shopping is that a person should not have to read every message.
