RevoplyAI vs Gallabox
Gallabox is the only competitor on this hub with a real Gulf presence: dirham pricing, a Dubai office, and a standing offer of a free year for UAE free-zone companies. If you qualify for that offer, take it. Choose us when the language your team works in matters as much as the language the assistant replies in, when three users on the entry plan is a cap you would hit, and when $150 a month is the wrong shape of bill for a business of five.

The verdict in 30 seconds
| What you need | Better choice | The reason |
|---|---|---|
| A new account on a UAE free-zone licence | Gallabox | Their free-zone offer is a year of the entry plan for Meta's conversation fees alone |
| Many channels and a deep template library | Gallabox | WhatsApp, Instagram and a web widget on the entry plan, with 500 plus templates and 30 plus integrations by their own count |
| An Arabic interface for your own agents | RevoplyAI | Their public pages made no claim of an Arabic dashboard or a right-to-left inbox on the date we checked |
| Arabic, dialects included | RevoplyAI | Retrieval built natively for Arabic rather than an English index with Arabic layered on top |
| More than three people answering messages | RevoplyAI | Their Basic plan caps at 3 users, and we charge nothing per seat on any plan |
| Selling on Salla | RevoplyAI | Salla is native from Starter up, and their integration list does not carry it |
Where Gallabox is the better buy
- A genuine commercial presence in the Gulf: prices published in dirhams, an office in Dubai, and a region treated as a market rather than an export destination.
- The free-zone offer for new UAE customers, twelve months of the entry plan for the cost of Meta's conversation fees, with a free-zone trade licence and a live website required. If you meet the conditions, that year is cheaper than anything we can offer.
- Channel and template breadth: WhatsApp, Instagram and a web widget on the entry plan, with more than 500 templates and more than 30 integrations by their own count.
- AI voice minutes on their Advanced and Enterprise tiers, which is not something we sell at all.
Where we are the better buy
- Arabic retrieval that matches the dialect a customer actually types against a knowledge base written in formal Arabic, which is the point where most Arabic deployments fail.
- No user cap and no per-seat fee on any plan, so a fourth or a tenth person on the inbox does not move you up a tier.
- Appointment booking built into the assistant on Pro and Business, with no external calendar account in the middle.
- A Salla integration that reads the store's real shipping zones, per-branch stock and purchasable variants, rather than importing a catalog.
- A flat monthly price with no quarterly commitment and no AI credit balance to top up.
What each one costs
- Basic is INR 2,999, USD 150 or AED 549 a month, billed quarterly on self-serve, capped at 3 users with 500 AI credits a month.
- Essential is INR 6,999, USD 331 or AED 1,214 a month for 6 users and 2,000 credits.
- Advanced is INR 16,999, USD 632 or AED 2,319 a month for 10 users and 8,000 credits. Enterprise is custom priced.
- Annual billing takes 25 percent off, which shows as USD 112 for Basic, USD 248 for Essential and USD 474 for Advanced per month.
- Extra channels are INR 1,200, USD 20 or AED 70 a month each, and AI credits are topped up in blocks of 5,000.
- The three currency lists are not conversions of one another. At current rates the rupee list sits near a third of the dollar and dirham lists, and a Gulf buyer is quoted the dirham one.
Basic is free. Starter is $9 a month, Pro $29 and Business $59, flat, with no per-seat charge, no user cap and no credit balance to refill.
Five users do not fit inside their entry plan, so the honest comparison is their second tier against ours. It stops being the right comparison if you hold a UAE free-zone licence and qualify for their free year, which beats our price outright for those twelve months.
We did not verify what a single AI credit buys, so we are not converting their 500 monthly credits into a number of customer messages and we are not comparing that allowance with ours. We have also not operated the product: what we say about Arabic is the absence of a claim on their own pages on the date above, not the result of a test.
The free-zone year is the honest answer for some readers
If you are registering a new company in a UAE free zone, hold the trade licence, have a live website and have not been a customer before, Gallabox will give you twelve months of their entry plan and you will pay only Meta's own conversation fees. There is no version of our pricing that beats free, and we would rather say so here than have you find it out afterwards.
What that year does not settle is year two. The entry plan returns at $150 a month on the dollar list, or AED 549, billed quarterly, and it still stops at three users. If the business has grown past three people on the inbox by then, the renewal is their second tier at $331 a month. Worth knowing before the year starts rather than after it ends.
An Arabic assistant and an Arabic workplace are two different builds
Gallabox markets to Gulf businesses in English and describes chatbots that hold conversations in Arabic. On the date we checked, their public pages claimed no Arabic dashboard and no right-to-left interface for the team operating the inbox. Those are separate engineering problems, and a demo is the place to ask which one has been solved.
The deeper half is retrieval. A business writes its knowledge base in formal Arabic because that is how business writing works, and the customer then types Gulf or Egyptian dialect, or mixes Arabic and English inside one sentence. A search built on English assumptions finds nothing and the assistant answers that it does not know, however good the model writing the reply is. That gap is the reason we exist, and it is not visible on any pricing page.
Try it on the questions your customers actually ask
Bring your own knowledge base and the dialect your customers type. Basic is free and needs no card.
