Comparison
RevoplyAI vs Zoko
Zoko says it is purpose built for growing Shopify brands, and the whole product follows from that one commitment. On Shopify at volume it is the better buy and its commerce automation probably edges ours. Off Shopify, most of what you would be paying for never touches your business, and their cheapest plan adds a markup to every conversation on top of Meta's own fee.

The verdict in 30 seconds
| What you need | Better choice | The reason |
|---|---|---|
| A Shopify store at volume | Zoko | The product is built around Shopify and says so, and we have no Shopify integration |
| Paying for AI only when it settles something | Zoko | Their AI agents bill $0.09 per resolution, and our meter runs on messages either way |
| Very high conversation volume | Zoko | Elite folds 100,000 conversations into $139.99 a month, which is a real volume price |
| Selling on Salla, or on no platform at all | RevoplyAI | Salla is native from Starter up, and Shopify is what most of their price buys |
| Arabic, dialects included | RevoplyAI | Arabic, right-to-left layout and the Gulf went unmentioned across their pages on the date we checked |
| A predictable bill at modest volume | RevoplyAI | Their Starter adds $0.015 to every conversation on top of Meta's fee, and our plans are flat |
Where Zoko is the better buy
- Depth on Shopify that we do not attempt. If that is your platform, their product reads your store and ours cannot.
- AI billed on outcomes: $24.99 a month per agent plus $0.09 per resolution, or 3 percent of order value for the selling agent, with the first 100 free. In a quiet month that is fairer than our message meter, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
- Volume economics at the top of their range, where Elite includes 100,000 conversations at $139.99 and Max includes 5 million at $499.99.
- Flows as the automation model, with eleven included and custom ones at $5.99 a month each, plus a 7 day free trial to test the shape before paying.
Where we are the better buy
- Arabic retrieval that matches the dialect a customer types against a knowledge base written in formal Arabic, on a product whose pages do not mention Arabic.
- A flat monthly price with no per-conversation markup layered on top of Meta's own fee at the entry tier.
- A Salla integration on Starter and above that reads the store's shipping zones, per-branch stock and purchasable variants, for the platform Gulf merchants actually sell on.
- One assistant included in the plan rather than several agents bought separately at $24.99 a month each.
- Appointment booking and reading customer photos on Pro and Business, which matter to the clinics and service businesses that are not stores at all.
What each one costs
- Starter is $49.99 a month with unlimited agents, and adds a $0.015 markup to every conversation on top of Meta's own fee.
- Plus is $79.99 a month with 5,000 conversations included, then $0.00199 each, and 5 agents, then $15 per agent.
- Elite is $139.99 a month with 100,000 conversations, then $0.00099 each, and 10 agents, then $12 per agent.
- Max is $499.99 a month with 5 million conversations, then $0.00049 each, and 30 agents, then $9 per agent.
- AI agents are $24.99 a month each, plus $0.09 per resolution for the product and order-status agents or 3 percent of order value for the selling agent, with the first 100 free.
- Premium flows are $5.99 a month each, eleven flows are included, and there is a 7 day free trial.
Basic is free. Starter is $9 a month, Pro $29 and Business $59, flat, with the assistant inside the plan rather than billed per agent and per resolution.
On Shopify at volume this comparison inverts. Their per-resolution pricing and Elite's conversation allowance beat our meter, and their commerce automation is deeper than ours, so the store side of the decision is theirs to win.
We did not verify how a resolution is counted for their per-resolution billing, and that definition is what decides what their AI actually costs in a busy month. We have not operated the product: what we say about Arabic is the absence of a claim on their own pages on the date above, not the result of a test.
The cheapest plan is the one that bills you twice
Starter looks like the low-risk way in at $49.99 a month with unlimited agents. The line to read twice is the $0.015 markup added to every conversation, which sits on top of the conversation fee Meta already charges you. At low volume the markup is small in absolute terms and easy to ignore. At the volume that makes a WhatsApp channel worth running, it is a second bill that grows with the first.
Their higher tiers fix this properly rather than papering over it: Plus, Elite and Max include conversation allowances and then charge fractions of a cent. If you are going to be on Zoko at all, the honest reading of their own price list is that the entry plan is the worst value on it.
Shopify or Salla is most of the decision
We have no Shopify integration. Not partial, not through a connector, and not arriving soon. A product built around Shopify will read a Shopify store better than we ever will, and if that is your platform this comparison is short.
Salla is what we built instead, because it is where our customers sell. Shipping answers come from the store's own shipping zones and carriers rather than the assistant asking which city the customer lives in, stock is read per branch, and every variant shown is one that can actually be bought. Two commercial caveats belong here: Salla starts at Starter, so the free plan does not include it, and a subscription billed through the Salla marketplace starts at Starter as well, because the marketplace does not allow a free app.
