Comparison
RevoplyAI vs Wati
Choose Wati when you want the wider, longer-established WhatsApp platform and English is the language your customers write in. Choose us when they write in Arabic, dialect above all, and when you would rather pay for messages answered than for seats occupied.

Where Wati is the better buy
- A template and campaign library built up over years, which is simply wider than ours.
- A considerably larger third-party integration ecosystem, so an unusual stack is likelier to be covered.
- Per-seat billing that suits a staffed support desk with many agents and moderate message volume.
- A longer track record as a WhatsApp platform, which matters if procurement asks.
Where we are the better buy
- Arabic retrieval that works on the dialect a customer actually types, not just an Arabic interface with right-to-left text.
- Appointment booking built into the assistant on Pro and Business, with no Google Calendar or Calendly account in the middle.
- Billing that follows messages rather than headcount, so one person handling heavy traffic is not punished for it.
- Reading the photos customers send, on Pro and Business, rather than asking them to describe the problem in words.
What each one costs
- Plans are named Growth, Pro and Business, including 3, 5 and 5 users respectively.
- Extra users cost $24 per user per month on Pro and $69 per user per month on Business.
- A pay-as-you-go single user plan is sold at Rs 999 once, which includes Rs 999 of credit, worth roughly 500 messages.
- Astra AI Agents are sold as a separately priced add-on, and AI Co-pilot credits are a paid add-on on top.
Basic is free. Starter is $9 a month, Pro $29 and Business $59, each a flat monthly price with no per-seat charge and no separate AI add-on.
We are not printing a head-to-head monthly total here, because Wati's base plan prices are rendered by JavaScript on their pricing page and are not repeated in their help centre. We could not verify them on the day, so we have left them out rather than guess. Check their page yourself before you build a decision on a number.
Arabic is where the real difference sits
When a platform claims Arabic support, it usually means an Arabic interface and right-to-left text. That takes genuine effort, and it is not where things fall apart. Retrieval is where they fall apart.
A business writes its knowledge base in Modern Standard Arabic, because that is how business writing works. The customer then writes in Gulf dialect, or Egyptian, or a mix of Arabic and English in the same sentence. A system that matches on the surface form of the words finds nothing, and answers that it does not know. That is the failure people describe when they say an Arabic chatbot did not work.
Seats or messages: which shape fits you
Wati bills per user, which is the right shape for a staffed desk: eight agents, two shifts, conversations spread by skill and language. If that is your operation, their pricing follows the thing that actually scales for you.
Ours bills on messages and the tokens behind them. That is the right shape when the point is that a person should not have to see most of the conversations at all. A single owner answering hundreds of messages a night pays us for the messages, not for being one person.
Try it against your own questions
The honest test is your own knowledge base and the dialect your customers actually type. Basic is free and needs no card.
